HOW LONG DOES EACH ORDER TAKE?It depends on the item ordered. One full sized sakura takes 3 hours to complete. A half size takes about 2 hours. A hydrangea flower takes about 1.5 hours. A pansy takes about 5 hours to make. A rose takes over a week to make, and a large one takes at least a week and a half. All of my embroidery is done by hand and is made to order. When you order, I will email you to let you know how many orders are ahead of you. Things that are ready to go are button jewelry and masks, and require no wait time. SHIPPING AND DELIVERYMimi Hana Threads lives and operates in Tokyo, Japan. For shipments in Japan, your package will arrive between 2 to 5 business days. A minimum $1.50 USD shipping charge will be added to your purchase. For international customers, it will take up to 14 business days for your package to arrive under normal circumstances. Sometimes there is a wait due to the pandemic. A shipping charge will be added to your purchase based upon the weight of your item(s). Especially to UK residents, please be aware of your own country's tariff laws before purchasing. Here is a guide for UK residents on what to expect on tariff laws regarding my items. SALES TAX AND OTHER FEESCurrently, Japan's sales tax is 10% and is calculated during checkout. An additional $1.50 is added to your delivery fee for packaging and handling.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTSI accept all credit cards, PayPal and for those living in Tokyo, an in person delivery for an extra fee of $5. I will accept cash in person if you did not pay by card. I can meet you at either Jiyugaoka Station, Todoroki, Oyamadai, or Komazawa Daigaku Station. Please type in your desired location to meet while purchasing in the comments section if it's an in person delivery and if you are paying with cash.

CUSTOM ORDERSI am happy to make a custom order of a 3D embroidered flower and other embroidery works. Masks and other machine sewing projects such as clothing are sold as is only. No customizations. Please tell me your idea for your custom flower design or embroidery deisgn using the chat icon on the bottom right. I will first draw out your design on paper and confirm the design. Then we can negotiate pricing. After the price is confirmed, I will accept payment before beginning the order. Completion time of your custom order will vary depending on the complexity of the design. To give an idea: A name on a clothing item with a simple design takes me about 1-3 hours to make. One hydrangea flower takes me about 1 hour to make. One sakura flower takes me approximately about 3 hours to make. One rose, a three layered flower, takes me roughly 12 hours to make. This creation time is broken down into working hours and other orders I am simultaneously working on. Time spent creating a unique design will also influence the price.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONSReturns of all items that are not masks: I am willing to accept returns of an item paid for as long as it is not a custom made piece. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery is complete. Please message me your concern before returning the item. I cannot accept returns of masks due to COVID-19 sanitary reasons. Refunds on all items: Refunds are accepted up to 7 days after delivery is complete. Please message me your concern before refunding the item. However, the customer must return the item to earn a refund, unless it is a mask. If the customer does not return the item (not masks), a partial refund of 50% will be given if the concern is valid (ie broken upon arrival, clothing has a hole, other damage done when the item was received). If the item is a custom piece, refunds and returns are not accepted. If it is a mask, please state your concerns with me. Sizing mistakes made on the customer's behalf are not acceptable for a refund. Please make your order again with a different size. Exchanging items: Exchanges are not allowed as all of my items are made to order. Cancelling your order: I can cancel your order if it is not a custom order. You will receive a full refund after cancellation. Cancellations are accepted up until your item is shipped. You will get a notification that your item is on its way. AVAILABILITYI accept messages at any time of the day or week, but I do not work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, and Japanese national holidays. Holidays such as Christmas, Obon holiday in August and Golden Week in May are also not working days. My working hours are from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, and at times from 7:30 pm until 9:30 pm Japan time (due to looking after my family). If I do not reply to your message instantly, please note my working hours. I will do my best to reply to you at my earliest availability. Thank you for your understanding. Privacy & Safety Mimi Hana Threads is a small business, and understands the importance of privacy. When I am working on an order, I will only share the work on social media, but never your name and contact information unless you give your consent. I also will never share or sell your contact information or address to third party advertisers or give to any other third party. Your credit card information is processed through either Stripe by Wix or PayPal, so I will never see your credit card number, therefore I will not be able to share it. I would not even share it even if I had access to it, or abuse it in any other way. When your purchase is successful, you will receive an automated email from me confirming your purchase. You will not receive any other emails from me unless you subscribe to my mailing list, which is used rarely. If you have any other questions about your privacy, don't hesitate to message me. Wholesale Inquiries If you are looking for wholesale from me, please take the following into consideration: My embroidery work is not fast work. A single sakura flower takes me 3 hours to finish. A rose with three layers takes me about a week to finish. Therefore, an entire piece takes me anywhere from 3 hours to a week or more total, depending on the complexity. I am the only person making these items and managing my business. Because of the amount of time it takes to create, my prices reflect the effort I put into it. Therefore, I cannot sell my items at a discounted price even if the shop wishing to sell my items wants to buy in bulk. Most of my items are made to order. The only items that are not so are my cloth masks. I recommend asking those for a wholesale value. After considering the above, and you are still interested in buying in bulk from me for your shop, please contact me either by clicking on the chat icon on the bottom right, or by sending me a direct message on my Instagram page. Payment Methods - Credit / Debit Cards through Square - PAYPAL - Cash payment via personal delivery. Please include an additional 500 yen for my travels.
